Tina Turner’s is often referred to as the queen of rock n’ roll, and for good reason. Born on November 26th 1939, Anne Mae Bullock, aka Tina Turner is a Sagittarius and was born in the Chinese year of the Ox. Born and raised in Tennessee, her career as a singer effectively began at age 18, when she started performing with future husband Ike Turner’s music revue. The couple quickly rose to prominence in the 1960s and 70s. She adopted the stage name Tina Turner and the band was renamed The Ike and Tina Turner Revue.
